Problem perfectly fixed after long delays and mismeasures.

Two Milgard Trinsic windows developed fogging after about 5 years. Milgard immediately honored its lifetime warranty and arranged to replace them. They were expensive, custom windows, and about 5 stories up, requiring extensive and expensive scaffolding, which Milgard also paid for without hesitation. The entire replacement was completed perfectly. The only problem was that it took Milgard about three months to schedule its inspection, then another three months for the replacement. When the replacement team arrived, they realized no scaffolding had been arranged, so the service had to be rescheduled. When they returned in a month, it was discovered that the wrong glass had been ordered, and also in the wrong sizes. At this point the Milgard manager expedited the corrective actions, so that the proper window were made quickly. The third visit the windows were perfectly replaced, and the scaffolding cleanly removed. Ultimately a complete, perfect, and $0 warranty fix, with just the couple of unfortunate goofs on Milgard's part along the way. I would unhesitantly get Milgard windows in the future, because they mean what they ay about their lifetime guarantee, even if it costs them extra expenses such as the scaffolding. At all times their administrative and service team personnel were gracious and helpful. North Las Vegas, NV (Clark County)
