After 8 years a couple of my Milgard Trinsic windows in my house became cloudy. I submitted a warranty claim on the website with pictures, and I was promptly contacted within the week to schedule a repair. The service visit occurred two weeks later. The installer was prompt, and the process took much less time that I had thought it would. The whole process from submitting the form online to the installation went very smoothly. I have had several Milgard Style Line windows replaced over the past 25 years and the process and service provided has always been acceptable. In this instance, I met Tom for the first time. He was on time and the removal and install processes proceeded timely and efficiently. When that was done, Tom cleaned up and was off to the next job. Tom conducted himself professionally and should I need service in the future I will request that he do the work. The men who came to replace one of the panes in my Milgard sliding window glass were very courteous. They worked fast and were very professional, removing the old glass and replacing it with the new. We bought 12 Milgard Tuscany windows and 3 Milgard Tusany sliding glass doors from 1stwindows for our vacation home in Morro Bay, Ca. We are very pleased with our windows and our dealings with 1stwindows. There was one small wrinkle. Two screens for one large XOX window were defective at installation. The Milgard installers caught the problem and assured us the screens would be replaced. Two weeks passed. I received calls when the repair person was going to the house (I was not required to be there) and, again, after the repair was made.
