I am a property manager for several properties throughout Southern California, and have dealt with both the LA and Riverside/Org Co Milgard branches, and both were great as far as service was concerned. Although we have had some problems with defective windows, Milgard windows has always stood behind their warranty 100% in all instances, and with no fuss, delay or questions asked. I am a firm proponent of Milgard windows and would absolutely recommend the company to all in the future. Overall the experience was nice. I would have preferred that the technicians wear the shoe covers so dirt didn't have the chance to get all over the house and the windows had a good number finger prints and smudges on them after they were installed. The person that came to my home to replace the Trinsic casement window was great. He replaced the tracks as well as the glass in the window , and when it was tight going up and down, he did something to make it slide easier. It has never moved this easily. Great job. Vancouver, WA (Clark County)

Just a few suggestions for your young man: When parking in someone's business/home he might want to park straight into driveway and not park diagonlly across the entire parking area. Further since I am chemically sensitive service people are usually less fragrant. I forgot to put that in the request. However, I realize that most people don't control there detergents and fabric softners. He was there for a very short time and we will see how the window reacts when the temp drops.
