The fixes made initially caused more issues and when I called to have it resolved again I was given a date 7 weeks out which I was not happy about. Imagine my surprise when Oleg from Milgard showed up on my door out of the blue saying he was in the area and could he take a look at my windows. It was hours before my contractor was supposed to show up and put together my wall again (looking for a leak). Well Oleg and I found the leak after 2 months and fixed it, making me much more confident that putting my house together won't be for naught. We bought our home in 2010, and the builder had Milgard Windows installed. We didn't know how amazing that was at the time, but were recently going through our purchase paperwork for roof info and found the lifetime gaurantee certificate for our windows. I thought it was too good to be true. I called them, and the process was so easy, and friendly. We sent in the info on our two windows with broken seals, they found the original order, and upon the new Windows being made, scheduled a technician to install them. The technician arrived early into the two hour window and was finished with the first window in 15 minutes. The other one took longer, but was much larger, and the original was in worse shape. He was courteous, timely, and efficient. I highly recommend everyone purchase only Milgard Windows and will do the same. You can't match or beat that kind of quality or a company that stands behind their product, especially in today's economy. Thank you a million times over. We had 21 Milgard style line windows installed about a year ago. Three of the windows did not slide smoothly. The panels just kept catching on the frame channels on the opposite sides. Sergey came out and inspected the problems. After the inspections, he new exactly what to do. Before repairing the job, he took time to explain the problems and the proposed fix. We had two dual-pane aluminum windows that developed bad seals after eleven years. Scheduled our replacement appointment with a very nice, professional Milgard service rep and the repairs were made under warranty by a prompt, polite and efficient window technician in less than half an hour.
