It is still hard for me to believe than when you call, they just ask you which windows need to be replaced, and when they can come to install them.The milgard installers are always courteous, cheerful, clean and fast. They don't even ask for your signature. There is never a sales pitch for some \additional product\" or modification, etc. It is just the best Full Lifetime Warranty I have ever witnessed. The only criticism I have about this service call was the ability to get someone out to our home to assess the problem and then resolve the problem. My first call for service was 2 weeks before Christmas. We were having a large family and friend gathering on December 24 and the large, major kitchen window began fogging up with water droplets and stains between the panes. I told the person on the phone that this window was going to get a lot of attention because it was the major viewing window in our kitchen. But the earliest a technician could come out just to assess the problem and take measurements was after New Year's Day. Once assessed, the windows were installed on January 17th. I can't tell you how many comments we received about the poor condition of our kitchen window. They all asked who the manufacturer of our window was, when did I first call for service and why did it take so long to get it replaced. All of these people own upscale homes and many are about 15 years old. Many of them are considering replacing their current windows and doors. I shopped this hard, interviewed and received bids from 5 Orange County window installation contractors before finally selecting Replacement Window Specialists in Los Alamitos. I've used Milgard products for years and always been happy with the product and the warranty. I was particularly pleased with the fact they are local family owned, we got a visit from the President/Owner at the beginning of the process to make, and again at the conclusion of the project to insure the work was done properly and looked good.The workers were considerate, professional and did the work in a timely fashion.I have no hesitation to refer this group to anyone shopping new windows and doors. My Milgard technician, Booby, was excellent and represents the company very well. Due to a delay at his prior appointment appointment ti mine he was 2 hours late and I was not notified. Bobby told me the inside support people knew he was having problems at his previous appointment and they were suppose to give me a call and let me know he was going to be late. I missed 6 hours of work instead of the 4 I had planned for however my problem is fixed. El Cajon, CA (San Diego County)

Milgard service person arrived on time and inspected the problem with the use of his ladder and laid down protective material for the ladder feet on my carpet.
