Our only issue was that the replacement locks for the milgard windows was missed. On our prior repair where the window was ordered, several window latches were found to be in need of replacing. We were told that when this repair was made that they would be replaced as well and they were not. The serviceman said he did not have them on his repair order. Will they be sent to us to replace?
