For many years we suffered with a 'stuck' casement window & door even after calling our initial installer to correct several times. Finally the handle on the door broke and Milgard #Todd# came out last Friday to fix it. Not only did Todd fix the handle, he fixed what amounted to a bad installation. Far and away more than he was required to do. I cannot say THANK YOU enough. I am more than pleased with the service, professionalism and knowledge of Todd. I was given a 4 hour window of when the guys would show up. However the guys called at the beginning of the window and gave me a 15 minute warning. I was so appreciative because it didn't leave me stuck at home for the day waiting for them to show up. They replaced the Milgard Style Line window within 15 minutes and I was on my way!
