Alex from Milgard Windows was prompt, polite and professional. He secured the end caps that were being detached when the patio door was opened by using screws. The latch on the jamb side of the door needed adjusting after the repair and he also took care of that issue. The latch is still hard to operate and Alex showed me what to do is the latching problem gets worse. It's nice to see service technicians who are respectful of a customer's questions and concerns and will guide us handyman types through future fixes we can likely handle on our own.
