I was surprised to find that my service request was covered by Milgard's Lifetime Warranty. This is the second time that I have built a home using Milgard windows and I have not been disappointed. Milgard Windows have a lifetime warranty and the company stands by it. I have had technicians out 2 times over the years. They are prompt, clean & professional. The windows both had latch hardware problems which were fixed immediately. If you have any question about which windows to buy- buy Milgard. We researched lots of windows and these are the highest quality windows we found. The price is not that much more than other brands but the quality you get is superb. Milgard Trinsic winodws were highly recommended by our contractor. They seal very well for living in the high desert with blowing sand. I can also tell a big difference on how much heat the window blocks out compared to other brand windows.The only regret is that we should of bought tan instead of white frames.
