Everyone I worked with at 1stwindows was courteous, professional, and skilled at their job from the office staff to the installation crew they recommended. The crew arrived when they said they would and performed every aspect of the estimating and installation efficiently and with great attention to detail. Even the final caulking was amazingly well done. When the work was completed and the area cleaned, the crew leader inspected everything with me and made sure I understood how to operate the Milgard windows and doors correctly. We just moved into our home, but a couple of the 8 year old Window locks were not working well. Milgard sent a technician out to fix them. He not only fixed the windows with problems, but also showed how to properly maintain the Windows, and replaced the springs to give us years of good service from them. This superior customer service makes this company and their product a great value, something that's hard to find today.
