Appreciate the excellent customer service fixing my Tuscany windows Jocelyn! Phoenix, AZ (Maricopa County)

I retired and moved to AZ from MN. The house had been built in 89. It had single pane aluminum frame windows. As it gets to 110 in the summer the windows didnt work. I had very good windows in MN and knew that they were the answer. I ordered the 2 pane with the maximum energy features and Argon. I was pleased with the quality of the Milgard aluminum windows. The house is concrete blocks with 101/2 thick walls. I finished the last window yesterday, as I was installing one per day. I already feel the difference. I have not had to turn the heat on in the morning since they were installed. I expect to save money during this coming summer. Marana, AZ (Pinal County)

Milgard's vinyl sliding Doors were installed in a room addition by a contractor. The doors had air leakage do to some inadequate parts so Milgard's service technicians replaced the door weatherstripping and adjusted the doors to close and seal properly. We had a window replaced under warranty recently.Our appointment time was between 4 and 6 p.m. I was going to have to have my son come to the house, as I was scheduled to work at 3:30. Much to my surprise, the rep showed up a 3:00! I was very impressed with the promptness, friendly attitude, and overall experience with Milgard windows. We have had the windows for 10 years now and have had great service from Milgard. We had one window crack and now this window had the air seal fail but not problem. One quick call and a couple of pictures of the windows and they are right on getting a new window sent out (Milgard Tuscany Windows have glass breakage coverage). The guys call when they are getting close on the day they said they would be there and arrive on time and jiffy quick they replace the window and give the new one a quick clean and they are gone and we are happy with a nice new window.
