All Milgard Product Reviews

My only recommendation would be to have your in home service techs wear uniforms, or show ID upon arrival. They arrived in an unmarked truck, in street clothes, showing no business ID. So I knew they were Milgard Windows because they had my glass. This made me extremely uncomfortable opening the door to them. They fixed my Tuscany windows quickly. There were two Milgard techs doing the service. The driver was a bit surley when he arrived. When I asked him why he had to enter our home, he said, \do you want me to install the window or not?\" instead of simply saying he needed to loosen the foam tape holding the window in place. After I explained that I was not trying to create a problem only wanted to know why, he seemed OK after that...prehaps a bad drive from Chandler. Martin and Steve from Milgard windows arrived on time and proceeded to do what they came to do. They were both professional, direct and honest and I appreciate that. That is what you expect from Milgard. Kristen with customer service was outstanding as well as she arranged for the techs to come out.
