It is unusual to find a company so dedicated to customer service as Milgard windows. I was impressed with everyone I spoke to. They followed up with a mail piece, an e-mail (with a photograph of the service technician that was scheduled to arrive at my house) and a phone call to remind me of the appointment. The guys arrived on time and were curtious. They fixed with window within 15 minutes and left. I don't remember ever being so impressed with all areas of a company. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT SO EASY!!!
