Great warranty. Great products. After placing warranty request it took almost 2 weeks for the service person to show up and assess the problem. Then another month to return with the replacement panels.Although they seem to be undermanned, once here, the service personnel was excellent and thorough in solving my problem.I would still highly recommend and purchase Milgard products. The repair order went through our retailer quickly, and a day or so later Milgard emailed to set up the appointment a few weeks in the future. A representative called to confirm the appointment two days ahead of time, and the technician showed up within the time scheduled. I cant say enough about Milgard and there customer service. We called about one door that was clouded over, when the service installer came out he noticed three more door panels that needed to be replaced. They stood behind their warranty on our Ultra windows even after 30+ years! We bought from 1stwindows back then as well. Very refreshing in these days of companies putting in so much fine print into their warranties to basically render them worthless and the company you bought them from still in business. Milgard replaced a few windows due to condensation issues. The service was outstanding. It did take a few weeks for the actual install, but it was worth the wait. The 2 men who provided the installation were not only 5 minutes early, they were friendly, knowledgable and they represented their company well.
