This is the second time I had to replace defective windows. While it is annoying that 6 windows became defective in 10 years, at least the process to replace them was painless. Your technician, Jamie was wonderful. He replace our broken pane, and then checked, and replaced the springs in two other windows free of charge. He was in and out in a very timely manner, and the price for the replaced pane was extremely reasonable. One of our neighbors told Jamie about a problem he had with one of the latches on his Milgard windows, and he gave it a quick fix at no charge. I cannot say enough about the excellent service!
