In Home service rep was put out because I called for replacement of failed units even though the window didn;t have crystals present. Problem was moisture between the glass and he tried to tell me all glass will have this problem. Well my other windows don't have that problem. They shouldn't if they are a sealed unit, right? It took four times to get the order right, but when the correct replacement windows were finally ready to install the service tech was wonderful and the overall service was courteous and professional. Our replacement windows look great. Napa, CA (Napa County)

I shattered a door this summer, tech came out and realized he had the wrong type of glass. He said he would come back again in a couple of weeks with correct replacement. Unfortunately, I am a seasonal resident and had to leave before his return. We made arrangements , I left for the summer and completely forgot about my window! We have owned our home for 7 years and were pleasantly surprised when we found out that we had a lifetime warranty on our Milgard windows. We called and Alison took great care of us. When the service folks came out they were very professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and fixed another window that we didn't realize was broken.
