I deal with manufacturers every day for work, and this was by far my BEST experience. I called milgard windows with short notice that while in the process of selling my home an inspector found a couple of warranty items that needed to be addressed prior to closing. Deanna in customer service was extremely prompt in getting my service call scheduled and got me in contact directly with the service tech, Kevin. Kevin rearranged his schedule to make sure he was able to get to my home before closing. There was a part needed that was not on his service truck, so he had it sent via over-night to get the repair taken care of. I would use Milgard again and recommend them to anyone. We just had these milgard style line windows installed (purchased from 1stwindows) so have not got a track record yet but compared to our old windows these are like a Mercedes vs a go kart! We have had our Milgard windows for over 20 years. Recently moisture got between two panes of glass. We bought our windows from 1stwindows and were happy they were still going strong in business. They set up our service request. Milgard came out right away and replaced the glass. They also gave us the option to upgrade to low e glass for a very small amount (which we did).
