We bought our house almost 15 years ago, and Milgard provided the windows. We recently noticed foggy material in a few of our windows. I called Milgard customer service after I determined I had two broken window seals in my Tuscany windows. I called the main number, gave them my name and address. I was quickly verified as the original owner of my home and was quickly transferred to the service office in my area. The service rep verified and scheduled my window replacement in a matter of minutes. The service tech came out today and couldn't have been nicer. He as in and out in about an hour.
