I submitted service request through online at Milgard website on 7/1/2025. My windows are installed in 1999 by the builder and I have life time warranty. Balance was broken on one window. I did not hear from their customer service representative for more than 2 weeks. I called customer service dept and asked why am I not getting any contact, I was told that they have to order the parts. They said that they have to order the balance because our window is old. Weather in Colorado was very cold below zero degrees. Two months wait was too long. Finally, Service man came to fix it . The technician was very knowledgeable, kind, he checked all other windows in our house, explain all our questions in our level to understand. I leaned a lot from him about windows. I felt I waited too long but it was worth it when I met this technician. Palmdale, CA (Los Angeles County)

My appointment for the repair was scheduled for a day and as the date approached, I received an email with a 2 hour window of time for the appointment, and the repairman called me when he was about 20 minutes from my home. He replaced three window panes that had lost their seals and was very efficient and considerate. I do wish he had cleaned the new panes a little more thoroughly so that I could enjoy the new, flaw free view. Woodruff, AZ (Navajo County)

Seem like spring on the windows that slide up have an issue. All windows of this type has same problem. I would expect company to notify the owner . Anyway, service personnel replaced one set of windows. But right after the service person left , noticed the same issue with other windows in a different room. Will open another case. Overall very happy with the services done by the service men. They are very professional and came on time. They are nice to even change hardware for one of the swing out window which was not mentioned in the case. Albany, OR (Linn County)

Our window broke at 3am and we thought someone was breaking in! We called police but then called back and cancelled since the outside pain wasn't broken only the inside. We have no idea how? When I called the CSR said that it happens and ordered the window and set it up to be replaced. They called a week early and scheduled, showed up on time and did a nice job.
