This is the tale of two window companies... Millard and the other guy. With 55 panes of Millgard glass only one failed and Millgard came out promptly and fixed it 20 years later! The other guy has a 50 percent failure rate in my other house. They won't fix it or return my calls. It's as simple as this...Millard offers a lifetime warrantee because their quality is certain. I was given a service window of 8:30-10am. Two days prior one of the Sevice Techs called and left a confirmation message. The Service Techs arrived at 8:30 exactly, were friendly & professional. Two of our dual pane window seals went bad and the glass got streaked on the inside. I called the service department and scheduled a service call for a few weeks later. The repairman brought two new window panels, installed, adjusted, lubed and finished in about 45 minutes. They look great and work perfect. I'm very glad I chose Milgard for our full remodel project.
