We got Milgard replacement windows for the house, the windows are great no leaks one window had a bubble in the glass an needed to be replaced. The Tech that came out was fantastic quick in and out in 15 minutes and did a great job replacing the window glass and clean up afterwards. Black Hawk, CO (Gilpin County)

The Milgard Retrofit windows replaced 36 year old singe pane aluminum windows. I like the way they easily slide open and have easy to remove screens for cleaning. I especially like the way they keep the noise out and cut down on the heat in our front room which faces the bright afternoon sun. I was surprised that the price, installed, was less then the big box stores. They are attractive and definitely improve the looks of our house. Great product. I made a mistake and thought no one called before the appt time. They did Ieave a voicemail and the service installer was kind enough to wait a few minutes for me to get home to open the garage. I'll continue to buy Milguard windows. Another window is cracked but it's from another brand that doesn't stand behind their windows. The wait is a little long but worth it, that's because they're out there making things right, it took 10 minutes to replace the window.
