The technicians called us with their approximate arrival time, they arrived as scheduled, and got right to work. They were both clean, well-dressed, gentlemen who knew their job well. They were in our home less than hour and in that short time were able to get the huge cloudy trapezoid and double casement ultra windows out and the new clear one in place. They moved our furniture back into place, and headed out to their next job. We were very impressed to say the least. We will not hesitate to contact Milgard if needed in the future and will definitely recommend Milgard windows to anyone trying to make a decision about purchasing. Only negative in the whole process was the original date the phone rep gave me to have someone come and fix the leaky window. It would have been two months before anyone showed up. I said not acceptable and she changed it to one month. I was a general contractor and if a client had called me with a new window leaking during an el nino rain I would have had someone there that day. It all worked out luckily.
