Robert came on time to service a stuck slider and exceeded my expectations for appearance, capabilities, professionalism and results. Our 1999 installed 8’ slider works like as new again. In addition he addressed some serviceability issues with 2 other 6’ sliders and a single hung window, advising me on how to resolve these issues in the future. Milgard was busy, so it took a few extra days to get our broken window seal taken care of, but that was not a problem since it wasn't a broken window or anything serious. The service tech was polite and professional and had the bad window out and the new one in in about 15 minutes.
