The guys arrive as planned and replaced both windows quickly.One glass broke as it was coming out of the frame and it wasn't till after they left we noticed very fine glass on the floor. All old tape and dirt from frame that had been cleared away without a broom, not a big deal as we don't have little ones, just wanted you to know. Las Vegas, NV (Clark County)

I purchased & installed 14 Milgaurd windows over 16 years ago in our house. After about 10 years we only had one window lock & screen door handle break. They were both replace by Milgaurd. We just sold our home and the inspector noticed one window seal had leaked and fogged over and the front window spring which opens / closes the window was broken. Milgaurd scheduled with in 2 weeks and replaced the fogged window and fixed the front window for free. I can say that I was very impressed that in these days and time a company stood behind their product even after 16 years. When Milgaurd says lifetime warranty, they mean lifetime warranty. I have over the years recommended and will continue to recommended Milgaurd. In fact if and when the windows in our new home need replaced, they will be replaced with Milgaurd. My only complaint about Milgard windows is the time it takes to wait for a warranty appointment which can take a few weeks. However, they keep to their appointment schedule and are great about communicating as the date approaches. The technicians have always been thorough and do a great job.
