We have lived in this house for ten years with foggy or not so clear windows. Our builder never mentioned anything about the lifetime warranty. So when our realtor mentioned the warranty and we needed to get them replaced. I called in got great service over the phone. However, when the realtor called with a question the lady helping had to \ go next door to get an answer.\" Then never called back like she said she would. Luckily another employee overheard the conversation and stepped in to solve the issue. The lady who stepped in deserves a raise. The other should find a more suitable job. I had all Milgard replacement for my windows and sliding patio door installed in my home 21 years ago. When the plastic part of the sliding patio screen latch finally broke, I tried to find a part at all the home stores, but ended up returning 5 different ones. I contacted Milgard via the website and was thrilled when I came home to a message from Sarah that they were sending me out a replacement compatible latch for my screen door. (the style is obsolete, and it is NOT under warranty) Today it arrived, and I once again have a locking patio screen door which my dog cannot nose open using the pet-guard I had to install several years ago.
