The very nice Milgard tech rep was in my home for only eight minutes this morning replacing a 8-year-old failed window panel. Amazing to watch how fast and efficient he was. Obvious he's done this a lot of times. He also was friendly and cared about the cleanliness of our house. The material he scraped off the old installation went in his pocket and he took it with him. We have three buildings in San Francisco with Milgard windows. The windows cut out a huge amount of ambient noise as well as being energy efficient. The main reason I am writing is to say how terrific the service person Troy is. He has come a number of times to fix problems.
