I had a window that failed and needed to be replaced. They did not hesitate to validate the warranty and scheduled an appointment right there. They emailed the notification 2 days prior to the appointment and the service tech called about 20 minutes before coming over. To me, this is really caring about the customer. Thanks Milgard. Once I was connected with a Milgard representative, the service and communication was great! They were able to detect what the issue was, set up an appointment and follow through as promised. In addition, we had a unique situation regarding the timing of the service and the closing of our home sale and they were able to accommodate us with an email that allowed the buyer to feel comfortable with future repair ability. Impressive lifetime warranty on Milgard Style Line Vinyl Windows, all three of which had failed seals (but were not leaking) after 13 years. But Milgard delivered on its promise and replaced all three of them within 6 weeks of initiating my warranty repair claim via telephone. The two 2-man installation teams were extremely professional!
