2 guys arrived right on time. They were both very pleasant and professional. They didn't waste anytime and got right down to business. They were clearly very skilled and had our sliding glass door tracks replaced within minutes. They left our doors functioning like new again. I asked about getting an adjustment hole plug as well and they hooked us up. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service these 2 technicians from Milgard provided. Scheduling the appointment time was easy, though I attempted to create an appointment online and no one ever got back to me. I eventually had to call. I was scheduled an appointment approximately 3 weeks later and I was told that they would call me a few days before my appointment to find out what time the technician will be at my home. I never received a phone call. I didn't know what time the technician would show up until he called me 30 minutes before he arrived. Overall, the service was great, but I believe that scheduling an appointment and follow-up should be better. Scio, OR (Linn County)
