The appointment process was quick and easy. The rep. came and inspected the windows and confirmed that they needed replacing. Then, the same rep. came to replace the windows, which was helpful. Very pleased that Milgard replaced the broken glass at no charge. The service tech was polite and took care of the issue in about thirty minutes. I live in San Jose and 1stwindows could have sold me a new window, instead they told me about the serial number on the window frame and I should call Milgard. Kudos to them also. Our primary door was not working & was told 6+ weeks out for service appointment . I call Milgard & explained our problem & was told they would order part & then put me on a wait list for cancelation. 3 days later I received a call from Alex that he could come by today !!!! He came, fixed problem, installed new part & we were thrilled our life was great & problem solved!!! Alex was amazing & we were so grateful!!! He works out of the Tacoma repair center.
