15 years after a remodel, I had a couple minor issues with our widows and doors. One slider had a broken seal for some time. It didn't bother me for years, but it was becoming more obvious, so I finally broke down and asked for help. I wasn't sure what to expect when I called. First, I was amazed that Milgard not only had a record of my order after 15 years, but especially true since the company I purchased through is out of business. Second, they knew exactly which room each type of window was installed, making it exceptionally easy to communicate as they knew the type and size of the window. Last, the crew came today and made the installation look simple. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Great installers with a willingness to help. A milgard ultra window installed 15 years ago had a warranty issue (internally \fogged\" or obscured). The technician who made the repair was on-time, arriving in the time frame given. He removed the window and made the repair/replacement in about 20 minutes " Boulder City, NV (Clark County)

Everything was excellent and very happy with the Milgard products. All my windows and doors are Milgard brand and in 20 years never had a problem until now which is amazing. I rated the quality average because the tech's did not clean up after themselves. There are scrapings from the old window in the cill. The initial service call was to replace three milgard windows but the service tech only had one of the windows on the truck when he arrived. I had to wait an additional month for the remaining two windows to be replaced.
