Milguard never fails to please and promptly responds to service requirements ( no matter how old those windows are). Couldn't be more pleased..this is our second home wrapped in Milguard windows and if live long enough to move into a third home, it too will be wrapped in Milguard windows !!! Mark at Milgard Windows was here about a month ago on a warranty replacement and we asked him to look at a couple of other windows which he agreed also needed replacement. The Milgard warranty is the BEST. We just had a service call to replace a pane that had lost its seal. We had that window (along with 8 others) installed 24 years ago. This is the first problem and it was handled very professionally. Los Angeles, CA (Los Angeles County)

New milgard windows 21 years ago. Had a couple of windows that had something go wrong and a third that had a pane break. It had been several years before I called because I figured it would be a hassle and the cost would be on me. I made the call we set up an appointment and it was that easy. I had to pay for the broken window which I expected, the price however was reasonable. But since they were at the house for warranty work I was not charged any service fee for the replacement of the broken window. I was very happy with the whole experience.
