I recently had several windows replaced. The service was excellent however for various reasons the tech had to return twice due to broken glass, wrong thickness etc: I had to wait for 3 weeks in between each visit. That was frustrating. I am happy with my milgard windows now that I have them and the technicians seemed very knowledgeable. Novato, CA (Marin County)

We replaced our old Atrium windows with Tuscany Vinyl Replacement Windows last October and we are very happy with them. They open and close smoothly and look very nice, as does the patio door. We replaced the patio door and love the fact that the handle locks easily when closing, it also opens and closes smoothly. Hoping this summer we will really feel a difference when temperatures get hotter. This winter we didnt have to have our heat on as much even though we had record low/freezing temps in Phoenix this year. Surprise, AZ (Maricopa County)

They measured the windows and set an appointment for replacement of our windows timely. They showed up on time, and it took very little time to replace the windows we needed to replace. The work was done as per our warranty (lifetime) and we bought the milgard windows over 20 years ago! Great service, great warranty, and nice new clear windows. Doesn't get much better than that!
