Milgard after sales service is second to none. There is no \issue\" too small for them to come back and fix it, right. My only negative comment has to be about how far behind you are in calling customers after a service request has been submitted. The email I received said to expect a call soon...2 weeks later, I called you. The person answering the phone was amazing!! And the young man who fixed my door was also fantastic!! Just let people know in your initial response that it may be a couple of weeks. Being told \soon\" and then waiting and waiting, had me thinking some very unkind thoughts.
