The service was good. My only complaint about the service is that there is some glue residue on the outside of a couple of the windows on the edge. It may be difficult to get to it on some windows. I am still at a loss as to why the windows fail so frequently. I am hoping that the newer constructed ones last much longer. I do thank you for the life-time warranty. Fremont, CA (Alameda County)
