The service tech, James, was quite possibly the best tech I've dealt with. He was more than prompt and was able to do our appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time. He was quick, professional, and explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately, customer service at the corporate office needs improvement. Our tech showed up to the appointment with his work order for looking at and repairing just 1 window. We submitted to customer service that 3 windows total needed service. I don't blame the tech at all. James was able to get the work done. He repaired not just the original 3 windows, but saw a problem with a fourth window and repaired it as well. A few years ago we had Milgard Windows installed. At the time they were great to work with and did an excellent job. Recenlty, one window needed to be replaced under their warranty.
