I had a hard time finding someone to order these expensive Milgard Trinsic windows (arched). I finally ordered them from 1stwindows who were very helpful, they were delivered and were installed. There was a lot of trouble with my original installer that a friend referred me. I got another installer from 1stwindows to rectify all the issues with my previous installer. Milgard stands behind their Tuscany sliding doors. I highly recommend Milgard doors. Their service is great! Employees are professional and courteous. My windows are about 5 yrs old and some windows had a frost build up between the panes. No questions asked Milgard just replaced the panes. It was easy and painless. I was fairly pessimistic about getting anything done when I called to report a couple of cloudy windows that I installed 5 years plus ago. I was pleasantly surprised not only did Milgard windows replaced the glass at no additional cost, they sent a very professional Service Technician. So now I'm convinced \Lifetime Warranty\" means just that with Milgard! I'm not sure if I will ever need to upgrade windows again, but if I do, they will be Milgard Trinsic windows again. At first I was a little upset with how long it was to have a service person come out and look at the my Milgard window. Because I just thought all they needed to do is measure and place an order. But when the service person arrived he had the replacement glass with him and began installing the it.
