This season we've had a lot of harsh storms and flooding. Two of my Milgard Ultra window seals were compromised and moisture got in between the two panes. I called 1stwindows who set up a service request by the factory. The only issue was that the repair work was about a month out because there were so many damage reports in the area, which is understandable. The tech who came to fix my windows was both quick and efficient. He was done in no time, and did an outstanding job. He even fixed my window latch to keep it from catching. We have had multiple window seals go out throughout the years and have had zero issues getting the glass replaced under warranty. It is as simple as calling Milgard and setting up an appointment.
