Response was immediate to a window with a broken seal in the bedroomarea by e-mail. Within a day we had an appt set to repair. We bought Milgard Ultra replacement windows so we can paint them down the road. Our installer's replaced five windows overall on two separate occasions. I recently purchased 2 Milgard Trinsic patio doors. My gardener broke a glass panel. I called Milgard customer service and Sheila graciously set me up with the correct replacement information and set-up an appointment. I was very impressed with the technicians' professionalism, and knowledge. They were very pleasant and considerate, taking care not to make a mess.
