Great service! I contacted 1stwindows who we bought our Milgard Tuscany windows from over 10 years ago. Within a day the a factory rep contacted me, and we had an appointment within a few days. The tech called in advance to say his schedule was open and he could come by two hours earlier than expected...now that's different! He was in and out of the house within 15 minutes fixing our broken window lock. The factory service and warranty is outstanding, the same for the quality of windows. Our house is at least 10 degrees cooler in summer and warmer in winter than our neighbors who still have the cheap builder quality windows. San Marcos, CA (San Diego County)

The two gentlemen arrived on time and were creative and flexible in their approach to getting our Milgard Trinsic awning Windows running smoothly. They were courteous, neat, and clean, very professional. It did not take them long to address our slider problems and they took a few minutes at the end of the visit to show me how to adjust the security clips on our windows to address security concerns of my wife and myself. We had a window seal that failed from sun exposure. The hardest part about having Milgard replace this window was finding the numbers they needed to find our original order. 1stwindows helped us throughout the entire process. I had Milgard window do some warranty work and am soooo impressed with the company that stands by their product especially my Ultra windows. They came out to replace a window with a broken seal and noticed another one that we hadn't even noticed - so they replaced that one too! Then they asked if we were having any other issues and we showed them a few broken \openers\" and they replaced them. My initial call was returned promptly, follow up and scheduling was great, and the technician was on time, courteous, helpful, even pointed out a second window that needed attention, which I had failed to notice.
