I bought 9 new Milgard Tuscany windows and a couple had minor problems (they were stiff, which I might not have noticed without the others to compare). The repair was done under the Milgard lifetime warranty efficiently and on time. No complaints - in fact they get more points for having a problem and fixing it than if there'd been no problem! The final Milgard warranty service was very good. It took about three months. I had to measure my own window first which I’m not a professional so the measurements were wrong. The first technician came out and could not install the window because it was the wrong size. The Reinstall which was scheduled I believe for February 21 for some reason had to be postponed until March 16 so from the initial phone call it took over three months to get the window repaired . Milgard windows hands down the most customer friendly, service oriented company I have ever worked with. We had to have 22 Windows replaced prior to a home sale. It was 15 years old and a few seals broke causing some moisture build up and fog film. I called and had a no-questions asked, appointment within 3 minutes for someone to come out and measure the Windows for replacement. 3 weeks later after they were manufactured, a rep called to tell me the date and time a tech would arrive to install them. The techs were courteous, communicative and extremely skilled in their profession. My windows were done in 3 hours, all debris cleaned up and they were gone as if they were never onsite. I was shocked at the quality process and efficiency. My wife and I are building our dream home now. There is no question, no discussion......... nothing, that would have me spec anything other then Milgard Tuscany Windows in our new home. I would only recommend them in the highest regard. We had Milgard windows that were installed 10 years ago. In the middle of a residing projected we discovered that 2 of the windows had a crack in the frame. Though the service technician told us that the frame split at the corner because the trim around the windows was nailed within 3 inches of the corner, Milgard stood by their product and replaced our windows free of charge. I contacted Milgard service via the internet because one of my windows was cloudy. They responded the next week with an appointment date. The service providers were in time and I and out in no more than an hour. After my son damaged the screen in our Ultra awning window. , I contacted Milgard to see if it was covered. They replaced it under customer "good will".
