After more than two weeks of trying to resolve this matter over the phone, I filled out an on-line claim. A couple of calls and emails later, the process was handled. Why this couldn't have been started from my initial calls, I don't understand. Service techs were professional, polite, thorough and accurate. On-line process was reasonably prompt. It required a couple of follow-up calls to get an appointment, but once that was taken care of the service was great. The two Milgard service technicians were courteous, professional and did the job for us quickly. Very happy with the modifications to our tuscany double hung window. It works better than ever. We are building our forever home which has an enormous amount of windows and doors. We decided on Milgard Trinsic windows in the color black. The pricing we got was all over the map then we found the 1stwindows web site. We called the Milgard factory to make sure they were a legitimate dearler and they got a glowing review them. We had some interaction over the phone and they even looked at our plans to make sure we were to the building code. Everything came out as ordered and fit perfectly into the framed openings.
