Easy is the best way to describe the service.We have been in our house for over 9 years and there were water streak marks on the backyard door. I figured it was worth a shot calling Milgard for fixing the issue.The call took less than 5 minutes, the lady on the phone was very polite and within 5 minutes we had the service scheduled to replace the door.... easy.The technician was on time and very professional, took him about 15 minutes to do the job...easy.No hassle at all, I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Milgard. He was very professional, timely, knowledgable and easy to work with. The service we received was prompt. We appreciated the email reminder for our window repair, and that it included the time frame as well as the name and photo of the installer. The installer was courteous and able to complete the work in a short amount of time. My only problem was with the wait times when you call the service office, I was on hold over a half hour on two different occasions when trying to talk to a rep about my appointment.My advice is don't miss the initial call to decide your appointment time because you'll wait a half hour on hold to resolve nothing and end up with the time your allotted no matter how inconvenient.
