My experience with Milgard has been excellent. I explained to the rep we needed service because we were going on vacation. I was given an appointment right before our departure. The field techs were very knowledgeable, professional and quick!!! Your company truly exemplifies quality and service and that is why I continue to be a Milgard customer. I purchase two French Patio Doors and some fixed windows. The doors were difficult to close and lock after a couple years and one of my radius windows had fogged glass. Tthe first technician that came out worked for hours trying to adjust the door eventually declaring the doors needed complete replacing. After waiting for months for the replacement doors the 2nd technicians came out to install the new doors, instead of replacing the doors the guys made some adjustments and indicated the doors were repaired. The adjustment apparently were not able to hold up and have since shifted enough that now the door overlaps on top of the other door panel requiring us to push it over before closing. Technicians were pleasant but doors or still unsatisfactory. Milgard replaced the doors in the end and no we are satisfied. In the end they stepped up and did the right thing and my radius window glass was also replaced. Its not if you make a mistake its how you handle it! Pope Valley, CA (Napa County)

I'm impressed that Milgard truly honors their \lifetime\" guarantee on windows. We had two windows with oxidation after 15 years, and you replaced them without hesitation and at no cost to us. You even still had the original order on file and our original Milgard dealer was still in business (1stWindows)!
