Although it took time to get the ball rolling to have some windows replaced with broken seals, the overall experience was good.I reported the broken seals in September to the distributor in our area. Thought the replacement windows were going to be installed when the service tech came to the home in November, but he just came to get measurements.The replacement windows were installed in December and they appear to be perfect.
