I'm a Milgard windows believer! You truly stand by your warranty commitment and deliver excellent customer service in the process. Thanks!!! Norwalk, CA (Los Angeles County)
Milgard Windows continue to provide exemplary services at all levels. I have had three events where numerous windows have failed . It happens on those days when the inside and outside temperatures create a perfect balance and show a failed double paned window at it's most vulnerable. Each time I reported these items I have been treated with the utmost care and top level satisfaction. NEVER have I felt uncomfortable notifying them of the issues and NEVER has anyone made me feel that I am not the most important client they could have. I am in the service business and I know what customers expect of me. Thank you to your entire team for providing me with ongoing quality service. By the way, your windows are excellent also. San Ramon, CA (Contra Costa County)
This was a very good experience. Alex, your technician, was very professional and polite. We are very pleased with your customer service. Friant, CA (Madera County)
The Milgard serviceman was on time and had a quick solution to my problem window. I could not get it open. He had more strength and was able to get it open. Then had me get some Pledge furniture spray which he sprayed around the window track. Window now works perfectly. Port Orchard, WA (Kitsap County)
No problems getting two Tuscany windows, circa 2010, replaced when the air seal broke. Our whole house has Milgard windows. Glad we chose this brand. Oceanside, CA (San Diego County)
My milguard window literally fell out of the frame. It did not break but the metal runners that hold it in place were damaged. I made the appointment online. The service was performed in less than 15 minutes. The downside was that the appointment available to me was 6 weeks from the time I requested service. I was able to get an appointment that was 4 weeks from the time of requested service - given the fact that I had no window in place and my home was not secure. The upside was that the weather was warm and there was no rain during the time of having no window in that area. I think there should be appointments open with less lead time. Tucson, AZ (Pima County)
