Replacement of a recently installed window that had a small crack in the stationary glass was done promptly. The whole process from the initial phone call from Milgard to schedule the replacement to the arrival of Tom was handled courteously and professionally. He arrived on time, replaced the glass quickly, cleaned up the area and even worked around a blind and heavy piece of furniture that we had not realized we should have removed. We had 9 new Milgard windows put in our 100 year old house. The windows are wonderful in that they do not look out of place in design or color. Milgard's Service was very professional and an attentive to details. They were meticulous about working and cleaning the area around each window completely. I was told to expect the service techs between 3 and 5 pm. They arrived before 3:30 and completed the job in 10-15 minutes. Because the windows contain easily identifiable serial numbers, I had provided that detail to Milgard before they arrived and the techs were able to fix the window in one visit. Excellent!
