Had a window that was failing. Called MIlgard and scheduled a tech to come and change it out..it was about a 5 week wait for an available appointment. But no big deal. They are a wonderful company and I didn't mind waiting since I knew it was going to be done right.Tech called 15 minutes out, showed up and installed it. Was here all of about 10 minutes. Nice man. We had a problem with weep hole inserts failing with our Milgard Tuscany patio doors. We thought one of the windows was leaking; in fact, just a faulty weep hole insert. The service technician replaced the faulty part and brought several more weep hole inserts so we can inspect and replace all that need it. Service is excellent. It’s scheduled ahead of time; confirmation is sent a few days ahead with the exact time window for the work, it’s done promptly when promised in a very professional manner. The service professional is very careful of our furniture, cleans up the work area and leaves everything in excellent condition.
