I had a good experience with Milgard after purchasing a French door and several windows from MIlgard. There were issues with a large door set after it left their Tacoma factory which was left to the Simi Valley branch to resolve. Wwe love the finished product. The high points throughout this experience were the in-home service techs and the customer service team. They were nothing but polite, professional, knowledgeable and communicative.
