Many years ago I purchased a group of windows to be installed. they told me then that I had a life time ugarentee. I did not think that I would ever fall back on tha t ( BUT I DID ) I phoned it it and was give a date for service, they showed up that day and itn short time repaired the problem, and it was like NEW!I am proud of m sellf for the original purchase and happy that it was with MILGARD,,can I say More! We knew as home owners to buy quality product when remodeling our 1958 tract house. No choice better than Milgard for our windows. Our Tech was absolutely wonderful. Very efficient and considerate. I was not feeling well and had a grandchild sleeping. Install team showed up on time and they were very, VERY professional. The milgard windows were installed in record time. They cleaned up after and we could not be happier with our windows, which I might add were quoted a lot less than the competion (Anderson windows).We had one little service issue which was handled so fast that we hardly knew thay were in and out.GREAT company and we would go back to them again in the future. Windows are top quality product. We really like them. Pane cracked. Milgard honored the warranty. The customer service rep was professional. Getting the repair scheduled is smooth. I get calls now and then from other window companies wanting me to install their brand of windows. When I tell them I have Milgard windows they just say thank you for your time and hang up.
