I researched Milgard extensively before deciding to put the Trinsic sliding doors and Style Line windows in a major remodel two years ago. Milgard wasn't used very much in my area, but since my lumber yard special ordered for me, they now carry Milgard. The patio doors look great and work superbly. There is no flexing or leakage from wind, they are smooth and just feel so solid. All I can say is \Wow\". I sent in an on-line request to have a failed insulated window repaired. The Milgard Tuscany window was purchased in 2006, so I expected to hear \"Too bad, so sad\" Within 5 minutes I received a call and set up a repair schedule. They came out and fixed it, no questions asked. I am impressed! In a day and age of cheap junk and lousy service, this was a shock. Thanks! John at 1stWindows for setting up the service request. Finally a company that stands behind their product 100% with no run arounds.Few of our screens had a tight fit and made it difficult to remove them. They came out and agreed the screensssssss should be easier to remove. Took the measurements and said our new screens will be here in a couple weeks. Same technician showed up as planned....done deal. He even made a minor fix to a screen that didn't need to be replaced San Diego, CA (San Diego County)
