I called Milgard because one of my windows was broken, and the representative said I was eligible under the warranty to have mechanisms in all 12 windows replaced for free. That was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The ease of fixing the windows and removing them for cleaning was also pleasantly surprising. The technician was finished in less than 30 minutes. Robert & Ryan were excellent. I had two windows replaced & a mechanism replaced on a third window, initially quoted about an hour to complete. They arrived, described what they were doing & had it installed, completely within 15 minutes. Quick, efficient, very courteous.
