We purchased our Milgard Style Line windows for our home over thirteen years ago from 1stWindows, and have enjoyed the benefits of dual panes. They help keep our home much quieter, and comfortable. Milgard provided excellent response on a broken latch on one of fourteen similarly installed windows. The technician arrived exactly on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything in perfect order. Not only did he repair the broken window but recognizing a common issue. I did have a bit of difficulty making connection with Milgard Windows to request the warranty service, but once I made the connection the service was truly OUTSTANDING! It was quick, professional and 'clearly' appreciated. I had 4 Style Line windows and one sliding door glass replaced and what a difference it made. The warranty is amazing and was conducted with absolutely no hassle. The service guys made an appointment via e-mail and appeared at the appointed time. They called just prior to the appointment, to verify the appointment. They were courteous, professional and efficient. I am committed to Milgard for any future window needs.
