The Milgard service crew arrived on time and were very courteous and attentive. They worked together well as a team and finished the job replacing a large frame of window glass within 25 min. Special thanks to Jordan who did all her homework to identify the correct size of replacement glass and scheduled the work. Didn't notice until after they left that they replaced the original trim strips which never fit well as the strips are too short so the mitered corners don't meet. I purchased Milgard windows back in 1989. I have had two incidences where I needed a professional to come out to correct the problem In both instances the professional was prompt and very efficient.I have also found their telephone tech support to be excellent. For me, the quality of workmanship of any product comes first. The quality of a companies tech support is right up at the top. Milgard rates up at the top for both.I like these windows so much that I have just purchased 5 new ones to replace five windows which came with the original house when I purchased it back in 1979.
