Had a problem with a window not closing, he took the time to take the window out and adjust the frame so it would not close without effort. Sprayed the tracks, cleaned the window, good to go. I booked the repair online and that went fairly smoothly once I had the required window ID number. The automated system picked a date that was OK with me, and gave me a cable TV like service window. My repair technician called 30 minutes before he arrived to do the work, and once he was on site he ran through the repair in about 15 minutes. No paperwork to fill out, no problems. Just a nice technician, a repaired Milgard Trinsic window, and no hassle. Seattle, WA (King County)

I called because rain water was overflowing window tracks. Milgard tech showed me construction waste that was clogging the weeps that allowed rain water to drain. I can now maintain my Milgard sliding patio doors to assure their proper function. Portland, OR (Clackamas County)
