My Milgard windows have been installed for several years and they are nearly like new. When I experienced discoloration between the panes of one window, Milgard responded with the installation of a new window under their lifetime warranty! You can't beat the quality of this product especially in the Pacific Northwest rainy, cool and humid weather. When I built my house, windows were a huge deliberation. If I were building my house again today, I would go straight to Milgard and not consider any other brand! Seattle, WA (King County)

This sort of service is the reason I bought Milgard windows to begin with. I replaced all the windows in my house in 2004 using Milgard Ultra fiberglass windows. In 2025 the seal on one of the windows deteriorated and the glass needed replacing.
