I was miffed by my appointment being 4 months after I called in my claim. But, to my amazement , the service Technicians showed up on time and promptly went to work, they were finished within 30 minutes. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, wore protective booties over their shoes while in the house and were very courteous. Great warrantee and great service. I love Milgard's products, service, and lifetime guarantee. Over the years we've had to have a couple of windows and a skylight replaced. All I have to do is call Milgard and they send someone to replace the window- it's that simple. 12 years ago we had a contractor upgrade our upstairs windows and 4 of our skylights with new low-E ones. I am now finding out that while the windows are all Milgard, the skylights are not. One of those skylights is leaking, but that company's guarantee is only for 10 years. Well, pooh!
