This service was to replace a second window. When originally ordering something occurred as one of the replacement windows was incorrect.The mistake could of been mine or the companies, but it was resolved quickly with no issues. The repairman arrived promptly and was very professional. I showed him the problem with the Trinsic Single Hung and he had brought the parts with him to replace the broken track and handle and even installed new rollers. He made sure the track channel was clean and lubricated and adjusted everything so that it worked like new. Since everything was covered under my lifetime warranty, there was no charge. The two representatives arrived EARLY in our window-of-time, which impressed us greatly. They changed out the two tuscany windows very quickly. We did ask that a rep. take a look at our sliding glass patio door because it is very hard to move. They practically took it all apart and changed many things to make it work more smoothly.
